Associates, Inc. Founded in 1976, Hessler Associates has been providing environmental, industrial, and architectural acoustic measurement, analysis, and design services for over twenty five years. The specialty of the firm is the acoustic design of power plants for the electrical power generation industry. Hessler Associates employs the services of the following Professional Engineers: George F. Hessler (Johns Hopkins University), David M. Hessler (University of Maryland, Summa Cum Laude), Elden R. Ray (Florida Atlantic University), and Andrew P. Dicke (Purdue University). In addition to their time at Hessler Associates, Mr. Ray and Mr. Dicke have been the lead acoustic engineers for Braden Manufacturing and Black and Veatch respectively. Before founding Hessler Associates, George Hessler was Chief Structural and Acoustic Engineer for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. Hessler Associates' client list is a nucleus of major OEM, A&E, and EPC contractors involved in today's power industry.
